Individual/household Volunteer Inquiry Form

Please list the name and ages of the other family members/friends that are volunteering with you. KFB has volunteer opportunities for ages 5-95. By providing the age of each person we are able to match you with a volunteer opportunity appropriate for each age group and size of group.

Please select the days of the week you're available, as well as whether you're availability during mornings, afternoons or evenings on those days. (e.g., Monday afternoons, Tuesday evenings, Saturday afternoons).

We are building a skilled volunteer database.  Do you have a skill that you would be willing to use for KFB?  Please list your skill and contact information so we can add you to our list.
