Group Volunteer Inquiry Form

In order to match your group with an appropriate volunteer opportunity, please approximate the age/schooling level of your group members.

Please select the days of the week you're available, as well as whether you're availability during mornings, afternoons, or evenings on those days (e.g., Monday afternoons, Tuesday evenings, Saturday afternoons).

We are building a skilled volunteer database.  Can we add you/your company's skills to our list of potential KFB helpers?  Please list your/company's skill and contact information.
