Agriculture
Community farms growing fresh produce for local kids.
Agriculture is the foundation on which access and education are made possible.
We believe that good food is at its best when it is grown and shared by the community, and that hands-on experiences have the power to create lasting change.

Three Locations with a Shared Vision
Through community-centered agriculture, our two farms provide thousands of servings of fresh produce to underserved neighbors in West Michigan through community programs and Sack Supper distribution.
Both farms include greenhouses for year-round growing, education centers, sensory gardens, beehives and a variety of sustainable growing methods.
Our Kent County farm is nestled on the east side of our headquarters in the heart of Grand Rapids.
Our Holland Farm serves Ottawa and Allegan counties and is situated on the grounds of Ridgepoint Community Church.
In Muskegon, our educationally focused growing space blooms between our main Muskegon County building and our onsite education center.

Experiential Education
We also use our agricultural spaces as classrooms to create meaningful, hands-on educational opportunities for West Michigan.
On our farms, learners experience how plants grow, how fresh produce tastes, why pollinators are important and so much more—and leave with a lasting understanding of what good food is and why it matters.
