20th Annual Gobble Wobble 5k Run & Walk
Join Kids’ Food Basket (KFB) on the most popular running day of the year as we officially host the 20th annual Gobble Wobble fun run and walk. We invite friends, family, neighbors and even furry friends to once again run, walk or wobble to the finish line on Thanksgiving morning! We also invite all kids 12 and under to participate in our Widdle Wobble! This event is open to all youth and is free of charge. All proceeds from the Gobble Wobble will go directly to Kids’ Food Basket.
Kids’ Food Basket exists to increase children’s and families’ access to healthy food. Our core belief is that food is a right, not a privilege. Because that is not yet a reality, we mobilize human and financial resources to break down barriers that cause food insecurity. Our services include our flagship Sack Supper program, community-driven farming, family food provision and educational programming. Collectively, we are working toward realizing a hunger-free West Michigan for all.

When is Packet Pick up: Wednesday, November 26, 3:30 to 6:30 pm or Thursday, November 27, 6:30 to 7:45 am, EGR Middle School
What time does the race start? The Widdle Wobble starts at 8am and the Gobble Wobble will start promptly after the Widdle Wobble.
Is the course stroller and dog friendly? Yes! All ages are welcome to come and wobble with us Thanksgiving morning. We just ask that dogs are on a leash.

How long is the race? It is an out and back course this year and will be close to 3.2 miles.
How long is the Widdle Wobble? The Widdle Wobble is approximately .4 of a mile.
Are the shirts standard sizing? Yes, if you typically wear an adult large, we recommend ordering a large.
Are there awards? The first 1,200 Gobble Wobble finishers will receive a Gobble Wobble medal. In addition, Widdle Wobble participants will receive a participation medal.
Is this a timed race? This event is not timed, it is a fun run.
Can you still register on race day? Yes, but we ask that you still register online prior to the race.
